Pathora Match answers and consultation or enquiry drafts remain in the current page’s memory. The site does not send them to Pathora Global or save them to an account or database. They are cleared when the page is reloaded or left. The copy option writes your draft to your device’s clipboard only at your request.
When you choose to contact us
Email and WhatsApp links open third-party services. If you choose to send your message, it may contain your name, contact details, education plans and preferred meeting time. If you create a MyPathora account, we store your name, email address and sign-in details (or your Google sign-in identifier). When Pathora Global staff add an application for you, we store the destination, institution, programme, stage, deadlines, next steps, a history of stage changes and messages between you and our team.
Documents you upload are kept in private storage. They are accessible only to you and to authorised Pathora Global staff, through short-lived links, and are never publicly available. Please upload only documents that are needed for your application. You may ask us to delete your account, messages or documents at any time.
Pathora Virtual Assistant
The website assistant is automated. Your questions are processed by an AI service to generate an answer and are not linked to your MyPathora account; the assistant cannot see applications or documents. Please do not share passwords, passport numbers or other sensitive personal data in the chat.
Technical services and external links
Hosting providers may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve and secure the website. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when those font files are requested. External scholarship resources are governed by the privacy policies of their operators.
